Cladding Panels

Ceramic granite (Portzelan® stoneware) : Completely impermeable and resistant to light and UV radiation, the appearance of the ceramic granite rainscreen cladding panels will not change over time. Available in thickness 10 to 12mm with standard sizes 300 x 600mm, 600 x 600mm, 600 x 1200mm with polished, honed or natural finishes. Panels are drilled and fitted with secret fix undercut anchors and are secured by means of back mounted clips to an aluminum support rail system.

Natural Stone cladding panels – A high performance finish that combines the benefits and elegance of natural stone with the energy efficiency of a high performance curtain wall. Typical stone panel thickness would be 30 or 40mm thick (flat or curved) depending on durability of particular stone used and dimensions of panels. The slabs have surface finished applied, e.g. polished, flamed brushed, honed, sand blasted etc then are sawn into exact panel sizes. Panels are supported with secret fixings on the horizontal edge sawn kerf like the traditional dowel pin method or drilled on the rear with more modern undercut anchors

Raised Access Flooring

The main categories of raised access floor systems used in the UK are those compliant with the older PSA MOB PF2 PS/SPU specification, the newer BS EN 12825:2001 standard and the German DIN EN 12825:2002 standard. The European Standards specify the characteristics and performance requirements of Raised Access Floors for which the main intended use is in the internal fitting out of buildings, providing full access for the services to the plenum. It is applicable to the modular factory made flooring elements, comprising panels and pedestals and defines the methods of test and measurement. The NBS K41 specification for raised access floors, brings together product performance and installation standards for the United Kingdom.
